TEAM COACHING AS YOUR SUPPORT IN TOUGH TIMES
I can help you navigate change and uncertainty when a decision needs to be made, collaboration is faltering, old solutions are no longer working, a new team is forming and needs to establish ground rules, or when a clear vision and defined goals are required.
WORKSHOPS FOR FOCUSED TRAINING
I offer one-time, practical training sessions focused on acquiring new skills or reviewing and updating existing ones. Each workshop lasts 5-6 hours and includes collaborative exercises. A follow-up meeting is recommended to reinforce the learning curve.
STUDY GROUPS FOR IN-DEPTH TOPIC EXPLORATION
These are 3-6 month learning processes where participants focus on a specific topic with a shared goal. Participants support each other daily, bringing their case studies to the group for discussion and collaborative learning.

CREATIVE EXPLORATION
I use different tools to integrate the team, help them find pleasure in collaboration and make them feel proud that they are capabale of overcoming obstacles. My methods include action learning, dynamic facilitation, world cafe, open space, hero’s journey, role play, Balint group, the circle, six thinking hats, reflecting team, and solution circle.
