STRUCTURED PROCESS
The coaching process is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs, typically lasting 10 to 15 sessions based on your specific goals. Each session is approximately 1 hour long (± 10 minutes). Sessions can be conducted online for your convenience, or in-person if you are in Krakow or Budapest, as I frequently travel between these two cities. After completing the initial series, you have the option for monthly or bi-monthly follow-up check-ins to support your ongoing growth.
