Hi, I'm Barbara
And I, too, spend 8 hours a day at work. I know firsthand how much that time shapes us, and I’ve always been passionate about making it a positive experience. With years of practice across various roles, teams, and cultures, I felt a strong drive to create an environment where people feel engaged, connected, and motivated.
But I’ve also experienced the darker side of work. There was a time when I thought I was living my dream, fully immersed in my job - until I hit a wall. Burnout overwhelmed me, leading to strained relationships, missed deadlines, and sleepless nights. I neglected my health, abandoned my passions, and lost sight of who I truly was.
A burnout intervention helped me step back and see my environment as a system. I realized I’d been putting everyone else’s needs ahead of my own, forgetting that we can only truly help others when we’re taking care of ourselves.
This transformative experience guided me to my true calling. Inspired by Freud’s view of mental health as the ability to work, love, and play, I now serve as a life coach and mental health consultant, helping others find that same balance in their lives.

My background
My goal has always been to make a positive impact by helping others, whether as a lawyer advocating for clients’ rights, a volunteer supporting disadvantaged children, or a manager guiding teams and clients - at the heart of it all is my love for meaningful interactions and touching people’s lives.
What brings me joy
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me baking sourdough bread.
The process of feeding, waiting, and reflecting grounds me in the present and teaches me patience - reminding me that sometimes, the best thing to do is to trust the process.
It’s a lesson I carry into every coaching session, where growth often happens quietly, over time, with a gentle nudge.
