How we will work together
TAILORED COACHING AND CONSULTING
I provide one-on-one coaching to individual leaders, workshops for a group of leaders, or facilitate sessions for entire teams, depending on your organizational needs. My consulting services help assessing your organization’s health, identify areas of development and create an organizational well-being plan.
INTERACTIVE SESSIONS
Instead of positioning myself solely as the expert, I engage participants in discussions and activities that challenge the status quo, placing them in the trainer's role, allowing them to take ownership of their learning.
CREATIVE EXPLORATION
I use various facilitation methods, such as action learning, dynamic facilitation, world cafe, open space, hero’s journey, role play, Balint group, the circle, six thinking hats, reflecting team, solution circle, to help you collaborate, innovate, and create lasting solutions together.

STRUCTURED PROCESS
The coaching process is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs, typically lasting 10 to 15 sessions based on your specific goals. Sessions can be conducted online for your convenience, or in-person if you are in Krakow or Budapest, as I frequently travel between these two cities.
